Very Upset Bad service

I am so upset and cross words can't described this. I send a emal to the cancellation dept of Telkom on time on the 30/11/15 as a agreement of 1 month with them for cancelled my telephone line ***, DSL fast and Uncap Basic. A lady phoned me from the cancellation dept Hloni with Ref***A and said they reveived my email. I confirmed with her that end of Des'15 will be my last premium and then I will stop my debit order by my bank. She said that is right and and ask twice please make sure. With a big shock I received now a account from Telkom for R294.00 end of Jan'16. I phoned 10210 and talk with a lady Nonthando. She confirmed with me that Hloni then make a mistake my line is still active. She say will send a email to Hloni to contact me. I told her I will not held responsible for her mistakes and this account. I will not pay this account. After this call I received a sms from Telkom Ref***. Well till now Hloni didnt phoned me they got my work and cell number and Hloni phoned me at my work. After everything Telkom put the debit order through. Well this is now enough!!!! I went to my bank and reversed this Telkom debit order for R294.00 I need urgent answers!!!
