Very upset at Telkom Mobile for false information

My name is Erin Domingo. Im so upset at the call centre.I called 10213 on Saturday and spoke to Lee ann. She told me i was approved for contract for phone and it was going to be delivered.Monday when i called they now saying its declined. What the hell. I promised my boyfriend he wil be getting a new phone and we were both excited on Saturday as the application was approved now they saying its decline.Why the hell keep our hopes up and promise when u cant dam keep.im very disgusted at their service and i also work in sales in retail and i find this is really pathetic service. Sies man no.My boyfriend was looking forward to have a new phone from telkom mobile. He uses this netwotk but with this service he is goin to go to another network.
