Very unsatisfied with Telkom service IRO of a data sim contract

I upgraded with a sim contract, and i was billed for something i did not request. My upgrade was for a sim only data but now there is a R500 spend limit on the sim card which i did not requested for. Very disappointed in this service received from Telokm and their staff members. Oluhle Mbhathindi was useless and very rude over the phone.

Never again would i do business with telkom ever.
