Very unsatisfied Person

Telkom is the worst telecomunication service . They have *********** staff who half the time dont know what they doing. I have taken out an internet package , these guys took down wrong adress , the agent couldnt install cause it would be *****. Was a nightmare. Had to go to the store to cancel. 2nd time round took out the same package, they took wrong cell number , the agent couldnt get hold off me. Had to reschedule, there again had to take leave stay at home only for the agent not to come. I made serveral calls to Telkom up to today i havent had the package installed neither have telkom given me a courtesy call to let me know whats happening. Now we all know why Telkom is doing so bad.
