Very Unproffesional business practices

<p>I took a laptop contract with Telkom and talked to Philane and to my suprise ..when my delivery came it was only the router and laptop and no sim and i immediately contacted telkom which they didnt know anything about and transffered me from one consultant to another ..I have all the voice recordngs of the calls made from the 8th of may to date ..The supervisor was going to call me until today nothing .</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been billed for 2 months for data that i dont have and noone seems to care ..and now i hear WNS is the peple responsilble for that which FYI they dont have a number for and the Manager Audrey will email them and ask them to call me ...This is so unproffessional to another level .</p> <p> </p> <p>If i only knew that my contract was not thru Telkom and i was going to struggle like this i would have opted for other option and now i cant even do my assignments at home as i dont have wifi ..that was the only reason why i took laptop contract and now this ...Nw i wait to pay for data /wifi which i dont have .</p>
