Very unprofessional, the call centre is like is been run from a tarven

Very unprofessional, the call centre is like is been run from a tarven. You can’t hear your consultant because of the loud noise from colleagues behind. At the same time they are not helping us at all. I have been applying for internet service at our gated community for 2 months now. Everytime I try to make a follow up I am told by the consultant that they can’t see anything on the system and have to start from scratch again. I have went through this over 3 times and still no help. What’s frustrating is that they are the only service provider for our complex .
