Very unprofessional and **** service

My husband app**** for ADSL 2months ago,He was then approved, few weeks later ,we were told that we cannot get ADSL due to our cabling,they then suggest we go for the look alike weekender package with 100GB ,two week ago they have delivered the phone and we then have not received the simcard for the 100GB ,after calling telkom several times,we were then told we suppose to collect the SIM at a telkom direct store,so I go to the telkom direct in claremont and I spoke to a lady by the name of Tharward,she then told me that she would try and sort it out today 22:03:18 and she will bring the simcard to me before 5pm ,which never happened, what's more frustrating is that our phone line is still not activated and we being messed around with the 100GB ,This is really shocking ,absolutely the most **** service ever.
