Very Unprofessional.

Yho! Telkom is really doing me dirty because I don't understand how do they suspend (Close) my accounts before the debit date. Without being in arrears. They debited at 31st December but still Closed my account. Closed another account before the 5th which is the actual date of debits. They just want to take the extra R200s for what. Do they even know how hard we work for this money! And for them to keep creating unnecessary increase to my account just for money! This isn't professional.
