Very unhelpful

I am trying to cancel my telkom mobile contract and they gave me an email address. The email address returns an error:<br> Technical details of permanent failure:<br> Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain [URL Removed] by [URL Removed] [165.143.155.37].<br> <br> The error that the other server returned was:<br> 550 #5.1.0 Address rejected.<br> <br> When I requested assistance from Zanele her response was that I must go to the store because that is the correct email address. <br> <br> Here is a thought Zanele, why dont you find out what is wrong with the email address?? Are you trying to be as unhelpful as possible?? <br> <br> Why is telkom making it so difficult to cancel the contract?
