VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE PROCESS

Last night after holding on the line for over 20 minutes, i finally spoke to Sneh, she promised that she has blocked my number and blacklisted my phone. and that i will get a confirmation SMS in 30 minutes, it is now 10:22 and i still have not received anything. i then earlier had a chat with Samantha on the Telkom chat, gave her my number to send the ITC number, i am still waiting. can someone explain how long it takes to send the ITC number, i need to open a case with the police and still nothing. Can someone urgently attend to this, please
