Very unhappy with Telkom

I am really angry at this service provider,you never answer your calls,you are billing me nonstop on service I don't have access to and I I cancelled,I spent an hour at a Telkom store in rivonia cancelling anything that has to do with Telkom,I just received a May bill,I don't even use the sim card.😡😡😡😡😡👍
