Very unhappy customer - Petunia

Telkom is very bad in customer service. I wanted to take up a contract on one of their phones they had advertised on their magazine,only for them to tell me that the price was incorrect and it was a mistake. When I request to speak to their superiors, I'm taken from Pilar to post. I asked for the regional managers contacts,and was told that he is in meetings the whole day. This is for the past two days. This is very pathetic and so wrong. No one wants to take the blame. The Westgate mall store manager did not want to sort this problem even though we got this magazine from her store. I will never ever buy from their stores,nor use any of their products. I'm also asking my whole family to cancel everything with them
