VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER - PAID UP LETTER REQUEST

I am so upset with the service that i am receiving from Telkom. I have paid up my account and have been calling every day for the past two weeks to get a paid up letter but Telkom keeps sending me from pillar to post and i have had enough and will be contact the customer service omburd with all the evidence and history. I NEED MY PAID UP LETTER NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
