Very unhappy customer

I have a contract with Telkom and I took a laptop. Now the laptop is not working and I have been trying to get hold of them but the just put me on hold and hang the phone again. The warranty is valid until next year January or February. I'm worried by the time I get hold of them my warranty will expire. Please help.
