VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

Recently interacted with call centre agent Ceasar. Was enquiring regarding data contract that concluded 24 months and then went onto month to month. Suddenly no data was available yet R50 was deducted every month. Fpr 12 months it run as a month to month now they telling me I was Lucky to recieve the 5GB for 10 months? All calls is recorded right? Please go and look at my call prior to 24month conclusion of the contract. Tshepo Mo***eng the call centre manager refused to speak to me, other manager was called still waiting on call back.....
