VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

My Fixed Line Look A Like from Telkom was delivered without a battery and i have tried on 4 occasions and calling the callcentre ********** 263 just keep saying somebody will call me to collect and replace, since the 19/3/2019. This is my 2nd review on HellePeter and still Telkom has not contacted me. This just shows the service level.
