Very unhappy customer

After 24 Hours of Battling with my situation, A Facebook inbox came in from Telkom, Telling me for every contract i take i need to pay a Pro-rata, This was never communicated with me

I keep asking the guy who is sending me the Inbox:

Why are you guys not calling me as promised? Why did Tyron not tell me about the Pro-rata? Why when i told you i wont be able to pay and kindly arrange a payment plan ou failed to do so?
