Very unhappy client

A sales consultant called me for a data sim, I agreed to take it but never received it and I'm being billed for it. It now shows that I'm in arrears with my account and it has affected my credit score negatively. A spoke to Telkom Consultants a couple of times to remove this error from my name and still nothing has been done about it.
