very unhappy client, accoubt got over billed

Its now for 3 months that I pay more then my monthly installment. I called Telkom and they said I did a subscription on my account which I totally disagree with. I ask them when and how did could not explain to me. I need the differences which I paid over the last month to be credit into my account and I also ask them to block the subscription.
