Very unhappy and disappointed with Telkom mobile!

<p>I recently ported my mobile number from vodacom to telkom. With me always having signal problems I now decided to port back to vodacom. I put in the request 07 Nov 2016 with no success. It is the 09 Nov and still nothing has been done. Telkom does not want to release my number! When I ported from vodacom I had no such problem. the whole process took less than 24 hours and I did not have to wait for confirmation from them which is now the case with Telkom. I do not even have a contract sim so why you do not want to release my number is beyond me. I really hope this problem will be sorted asap as most of the time I cannot use my phone as I have no service due to signal problems.</p>
