I am extremely impressed with the service received from Tumisane Mogoshane - I phone about an account enquiry and he even advised me on additional services to also buy. I think that’s excellent – first time ever phoning Telkom about an account enquiry and also getting help that’s not even his job!!! Staff like this is WORTH GOLD!!!! CALL CENTRE BEWARE …. HEAD HUNTERS WILL SOON BE MAKING GENEROUS OFFERS TO HIM!!! And I’m not complimenting him because I know him. I’ve been in sales all my life and I know how hard it is to find people who give great service!! He is a huge compliment to TELKOM’s image.
