Very Suspicious online oredering service

<p>I did a online order with Telkom Mobile for a Sony Experia XZ with Sony Headphones a week ago, They sent me a sms stating that I must be aware that I will get a call from ********** . I then got a call from the number that exact same day and placed my order. Today I contacted Telkom Customer service to enquire about tracking my parcel, then they put me through to Selldirect, Spoke to a consultant only to find out that my details are not even on the sell direct system. So with whom did I place my order if neither Telkom or selldirect has my details? The day I got contacted from ********** , I gave my banking details etc. as any over the phone contract will go as standard. So what do I do now as I am obviously not getting the phone but all my personal details was given on the day of placing the order.</p>
