Very slow service, tectonic plates move faster

Well, my line is down. Still!

I have a slow 2Mbps line, so not the biggest client.

A storm knocked out my line on the 19 December 2016.

So being an Afrihost client, they quickly assisted and it turned out that Telkom(Openserve) is not a fan working over December.

So poor Afrihost has been bugging Telkom since then and their only feedback is that Telkom has no feedback.

Good guy Afrihost will pay back my waisted month of no connectivity, but we first need to get the line running. Guess what!? We still waiting.

Sad Telkom. Please know if there were any alternatives I would have not been a Telkom dsl client.

Ignore this message to acknowledge that you read it.

Fault ***
Afrihost reference: AH ********** 9-325673

So a generic response from Telkom and nothing more. I am still without Internet. I am yet to see a technician.
Poor service with me sitting with another reference number.
You see, Telkom. If you fix my line today still, the turn around for the fault 195ATK191216 is 45 days!
45 days!
Please note that I still think you are bad at what you do when it comes to after sale service.
Feel free to call me and we can talk about it.

Hi Telkom,
You said : "Thank you for making contact with us. Our team will follow up on this fault and feedback will be provided."
No feedback? No follow-up?
What happened, Frikkie?
