Very Slow and No Internet connection at times

I am totally frustrated with the telkom internet connection. I have been experiencing no connection and very slow connection lately and still no joy in Telkom fixing the issue.

I signed up for a uncapped ADSL 4MBps line speed and as of last week and this weekend my connection speed 0.17mbps. I have complained previously regarding the network connection and time after time i receive an sms saying your problem has been resolved by our technical department but still i'm having issues. This is really poor customer service from the Telkom network. I am really frustrated and thinking of canceling my contract with Telkom and taking a ADSL Package with another network.
