Telkom also tells you a hundred and one things to do when asked where is your data disappearing to, Nothing is getting resolved, they log calls and close it when it suit themselves, a friend of mine also logged calls with telkom to remove a pole off the property, telkom also just closed the call, so I told my friend just to chop it down and use for fire wood.
