Very rude customer care agents

I called in to request a settlement amount. I was told to wait 7 days. I called again hoping for a different response i was told to wait 3 days. The call center staff were so rude and not helpful at all. Very disappointing shame. I will never take up anything with Telkom treat customers like **** and they don't even know their policies!!!
