Very rude consultants

Telkom call center agents are the most rude and *********** consultants. First of all they don’t know how to answer customer calls. Secondly, they fail to attend customer requests. And lastly they ALL have a habit of hanging up the phone while you still talking to them, that is of cause after waiting a good 30 minutes online to get through. I mean all call center consultants I have been assisted by give the same service. Higher management really needs to look into the matter.
