Very Rude consultant

I went to Telkom store the big shop in wonder park mall to claim for my lost phone and I must say the process is hideous, first of all they were so fast to sell the insurance to me when I bought my phone when now that the phone is lost they gage attitude I was assisted by a lady called Portia she was telling me how us "Telkom clients like to be s**** fed" rudely so, continue to ask if at home we use the rules of our neighbors or what I was so shocked I even walked out while she was talking and she laughed... I said I'm definitely not renewing my contract with Telkom and she said everyone says that and those who want to come will come
