VERY RUDE CALL CENTRE AGENTS
I want a senior manager to phone me regarding this.<br> <br> This is the umpteenth rude call centre agent I have had to put up with!<br> <br> The call centre agent this time got very hostile and rushing with me when I didn't understand some things! It's not my problem your WiFi is not working and you also send out outdated manuals to customers which have absolutely no use anymore!
