Very quick to debit yet very slow to deliver

Hi. I app**** online for a cellphone contract with telkom mobile, one of your consultants contacted me I gave out all the infor that was required from my side and I was told delivery will take place in the next 5-7days.

application was approved and my account was debited. I got an SMS with case number to track my order

i called your customer care, i have called several times, it takes so much time to get to your consultants no can tell me when exactly am I getting my order, I feel like you are very quick to debit money but very slow to deliver to your customers needs.

i am not happy with the service I have received so far, I have to keep contacting you no one is giving any updates about the order its been more that 10days now
