Very poor & unprofessional service

So I took a contract with one of the Telkom agents on the 20th of November just before my free trial with openserve ended. Then on the 22nd my services got cut off contacted the agent and he told me he can't help as now the contract was given to someone else and he can't assist me any further as he has been logged out.I have been on the calling Telkom since the 22nd till today and I haven't got any assistance. I am being sent From piler to post, got a reference on Friday the 23rd only to be told on the 30th that my fault was not logged with the technical team. (How come coz I have a reference number?) On the 28th I was told an agent was coming to fix the fault but till today he is still coming.Its been more than a week waiting for connection to the internet. I am very disappointed with the service & I have been calling Telkom twice everyday only to be getting different stories daily.
