Very Poor Telkom Business Application

I am very frustrated and disappointed in telkom business as I app**** online with a lady called Mbali Nkomo. She told me that it would take three days to be approved which I had to email her again to find out how far it is and she did not even respond. I called twice and the call centre agents are just telling me they have to wait for vetting. Why is it that instore approval is immediate and online takes this long not to mention that I have a businesses contract mobile landline and two data contracts with telkom which in my opinion should give them more enthusiasm to approve my application. This is unacceptable.

I want a manager to contact me urgently.
