VERY POOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT FROM TELKOM
Telkom is the worst Internet Service Provide I've ever seen in my life out of 3 different countries I live in. My internet is now out of service for the past week and I waste everyday waiting 1-2 hours on the phone with useless technical support who are not responding most of the times. Even if they respond, there are fixing anything. I've been asking for a technician to come and check the connection for one week without success. They only sent him in the weekend without informing me and I was away. I called them back and till now they are not responding or sending anyone to fix. I'm strongly considering terminating the service if they don't fix it in the next 48 hours.
