Very poor service with regards to promotional SMSS

Very poor service they sent out a promotion sms as per belowonce I followed the below and bought the data I never got my free 3GIG LIT it's been 2 days now and it as been reported on Facebook I just got an sms from them saying check my balance which is ridiculous coz they system will show I didn't receive this data as they promised..
