Very Poor Service Telkom Westwood

Been to the store 6 times already, to do a sim swap that some one clearly does not know how to do, waited three and a half weeks, decided then to cancel the swap as still not active and rather get a new sim - was promised to be contacted and be sorted in a few hours time, how ever Kuben and Bonga are giving me the run around.

Some one thinks i have time to waste like them, to drive continuously to the store and sort out the stuff up.

This store was once a good store, however it been sinking faster than a boat with holes in it. Was seems to be the operative Word.
