Very poor service Telkom and Showmax

I have been trying to get my VOD service with Showmax which is paid through my Telkom account sorted out since the end of November 2022. No one is willing to help, and calls logged with Telkom say there is no problem on their side please contact Showmax to which Showmax responded by saying Telkom is not responding to their queries. The last straw today was phoning Telkom to be told I don't have a transfer button on my phone so I can't help you!!!
