Very poor service shame

Hello Peter, on the 27th November 2020 I phoned telkom as was due for upgrade and hold on for over hour but finally was assisted. There was a special for Samsung A31 that comes with a a watch so I decided to upgrade to it and was advised it will be delivered within 5 to 7 days. On the 10th of December I called to check how far is the delivery and was told the courier was hijacked but they've placed a new order in. So today 18th December 2020 I called again to follow up and was told that the order was canceled cause they couldn't find my address so now I my go to the branch and do the upgrade but the special is over. That is so unfair. Very poor customer service.
