very poor service from telkom mobile

Bad service . People must be careful when they take call from Telkom. and when you have a problem they will tell you to go to joburg office and when they give you contact they don't tell you to sign at Joburg office. They don't have number where you can call incase of an challenges. They billing me wheras they terminated my contact with them and they blocked the my contract phone
