Very poor service from Telkom

Received my upgrade on the Monday and it’s now Wednesday and the SIM card still says no service. Telkom consultants are sending me back and forth telling me different solutions and that the other department is responsible. I honestly wish someone could say they don’t know and that they will find out at call me back. It’s now 12:09 and I have been on the phone since past 10 with no solutions.
