Very poor service from Telkom

Telkom customer service is non existent. If you call in to report a problem. They just drop or cut your call. Nothing gets done to resolve any problems or issues.

Last spoke to consultant SPHAMANDLA was not very helpful and dropped/cut my call. They happens all the time which is very frustrating
