Very poor service from Telkom

Good Day My business lines with Telkom is offline since the 22 December 2021 A fault was logged with reference number 32CRZ221221 and it seems like it has fallen by the wayside. Today I was told I require a reference number to escalate the matter however the consultant was unable to generate a one due to systems been slow this is after been on the line for 20 minutes and my call was cut. Same story I was told yesterday. Very poor service from Telkom.
