Very poor service from Telkom

<p>Its been two weeks and four hours on the phone and still no internet access they send a technical guy out and after fixing everything het called me just to tell me that he repaired the line and the modem but telkom is not working.</p> <p>After that, I called them several times, and still nothing. They are very quick to cut your service if the reference number they gave you does not reflect on the proof of payment, but I still have to pay for the whole month and last month and no service. How do I run a business like that?</p> <p>Most useless service provider and telephone operators not to name their technicians.</p>
