Very poor service from Telkom

I'm being debited for something that I didn't receive. All Telkom my contracts have been suspended and I don't know why because I've made my payments manually and they confirmed that they received the money on their side. The money that I didn't pay is for the router and data sim that I didn't receive and they canceled the contract because they couldn't locate my address.
