Very poor service despite my account being paid in full

We upgraded to 10Mbps in June 2018. Ordered a media box which is offered for free on our package. To this day (27 August 2018) it has still not been delivered.

Two order has been placed twice (19 July and 10 Aug), but still no delivery.
