Very poor service delivery!!

<p>If you go through all my previous reviews you will find the same story over and over again!! Poor poor poor service delivery! You hold on for ages on the phone only to get through to someone who can't help you! This is very annoying and extremely unprofessional indeed! </p> <p> </p> <p>I have now now asked for my landline and ADSL to be canceled and it's been three weeks and the service is still running with no contact from anyone from Telkom. I refuse to pay the extra charges for their incompetence! </p> <p> </p> <p>Can an someone at Telkom please attend to this matter!!!</p>
