Very poor service delivery

I've upgraded on the 10th of december and i wrnt through catalogues to decide which phone im going to upgrade to so eventually i get there and no stock available then i was told to go for something different all done i did everything and was supposedly to receive earbuds with the phone i took then no stock again and till now waiting for the buds to arrive but noyhing yet, not even the telephone in the shop are in working order and no one can be reached for assistance. Poor poor service.
