Very poor service delivery!!

I did a very long telephone application with a Telkom agent 3 weeks ago. Everything was approved according to the agent. I am still awaiting delivery of my order and when I followed up nobody knew what I was talking about. It is also almost impossible to get proper help via telephone. Very poor service delivery.
