Very poor service

Telkom must be running a mickey mouse business.. I made a call on 09-01-2023 to provide them with my new debit order details and when the date came they did not deduct. When i call back to ask why they didn't debit they tell me i am liable to pay a fee when i had done my part to inform them of my new banking details. The last call center agent was rude and just putting emphasis on the fact that i must pay even though she does know why they didn't deduct my account.
