Very poor service and rude agent

Hi, yesterday It was my first time buying LTE data all along I have been using allnetdata. I bought 10GB of LTE and it never worked on my phone I call telkom prepaid, spoke to a lady by the name of Bulelwa and she was rude. She asked me if I ever moved from my place to go elsewhere today and I said yes. Only to find on my date only 20MB was used and which I don't know how cos it never worked. She said they were gonna reimburse me with my money or airtime only if it was the same as my night surfer data. She said they won't pay me back however they will investigate what happened to 20MB, for heaven's sake I don't want money. I want my data to work cos I work from home. Now I have to wait for them to tell me that there's nothing they can do because 20MB is out and which I don't know how cos it never worked on my phone. What a poor network provider to use. Bulelwa only gave me an email address to escalate my query what kind of service is that. One of my friend is using LTE data and we staying same place yet they said where I stay there's no network for LTE and 3G.I regret using this telkom, I rather go for cell c which most of my friends are using and never had this kind of drama I encountered today.
