Very Poor Service and

So none of Telkom's numbers are working, every customer care nr or landline nr is working and their website fault reporting is also not working at all. I even tried asking them to call me and nothing. I think this is very poor services I urgently need to contact them regarding a big problem and I can't get through what so ever.
